The Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #82 is pleased to offer this financial aid to the spouse, child or grandchild of a member in good standing. The amount of the aid will be determined by the members of the lodge and awarded as so. It is imperative that this application be completed in full and returned to the lodge as soon as possible. The application must contain all of the necessary signatures and should be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a counselor or a teacher. The applicant should write a letter outlining his/her future goals as well as explaining how the aid will assist in realizing those goals.
We would ask that each applicant provide a copy of their transcript and make themselves available to the members of the lodge for interviews if necessary. We will accept applications after August 15th, 2008 and the deadline will be noon on March 15th, 2009. Recipients will be notified by the Lodge.
